Terms of Service

Rebrief is a weekly ops brief for local shops. These terms are a short draft so the product can ship. They are not a substitute for a lawyer.

The service

You may use Rebrief to connect a Google Business Profile, collect private floor feedback, track a few weekly actions, and (on Pro) receive a Monday email. The sample brief at /demo is illustrative and is not your shop.

Accounts

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for the Google account you connect and for any locations you select. Don’t share access you don’t control.

Paid plans

Pro is billed through Stripe. Google review sync, Monday email, live QR, and competitor intel are Pro features. Free keeps the sample brief. Refunds and cancellations are handled in the Stripe customer portal.

Data from third parties

Review text may come from Google or from guests who scan your floor QR. Competitor intel, when live, comes from a paid provider API (Outscraper) — never from DIY scraping. Mock flags (GBP_MOCK, COMPETITOR_MOCK) show sample shops so the product can be used before those APIs are fully approved.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Rebrief to scrape, spam, impersonate another business, or store data you have no right to process. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
