Terms of Service

Rebrief is a review dashboard for local shops. These terms are a short draft so the product can ship. They are not a substitute for a lawyer.

The service

You may use Rebrief to create a store, import reviews, connect public Google Maps or Yelp listings, collect private floor feedback, track action items, and (on Pro) receive optional email updates. The sample dashboard at /demo is illustrative and is not your shop.

Accounts

You create an account with email and password (Google sign-in may be offered later). You are responsible for the locations you add and for any listing URLs you connect. Don’t share access you don’t control.

Paid plans

Pro is billed through Stripe. Maps/Yelp connectors and competitor intel are Pro features. Free keeps one store, spreadsheet import, and the floor QR. Refunds and cancellations are handled in the Stripe customer portal.

Data from third parties

Review text may come from Google Maps, Yelp, imported spreadsheets, or guests who scan your floor QR. Listing reviews are fetched through Apify actors you configure — never from DIY scraping. GBP_MOCK can show sample shops when official Google Business Profile Connect is enabled. Official Google Business Profile Connect is not the MVP path.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Rebrief to scrape, spam, impersonate another business, or store data you have no right to process. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
