Put a second person on bar from 7–9 AM this week
The morning line is in this week’s 2- and 3-star reviews — 15 to 20 minutes, two people on the floor. Put one extra person on bar from 7–9 so drinks leave faster.
Suggested
Post a “two drinks at a time” note on the bar for the rush.
Owner-added. Batching espresso drinks during the 7–9 window should cut the 15-minute waits.
Tried verbally last month; write it on the ticket rail this time.
